Conflict Resolution Mediation

From the classroom to the boardroom, mediation can be a powerful process for resolving disagreements where an objective, third-party facilitates a dialogue between the parties for the purpose of reaching a mutually agreed upon solution. With over 30 hours of civil meditation training, PartnerED mediators have the experience and the compassion to lead your organization through any situation. This confidential process helps to foster connectedness and supports individuals to engage in difficult discussions that promote deep listening and empathy.

School Board Leadership & Learning Academy

The School Board Leadership and Learning Academy is specifically and uniquely designed for school board members in their first term of service. Facilitated by experienced school board members, participants will take a deeper dive into both the technical and adaptive aspects of their role and responsibilities, including governance, budget, and policy, as well as navigating their public role and being part of an effective school board team. This cohort model provides a safe, supportive learning environment for members to build a community with peers from other districts while gaining new perspectives and deepening their understanding of their new role.

A thriving school community is anchored in emotional well-being, prosocial behaviors, and a reliable system of interventions and supports. Developing and implementing an MTSS Framework that supports behavior and social/emotional learning is an important step to ensuring success for all students. PartnerED facilitators utilize Human-Centered Design (HCD), a uniquely inclusive mindset, approach, and process to solve complex problems, identify opportunities for innovation, and integrate meaningful practices at the building and district levels. Trained through Stanford University's Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, we offer a tailored approach to integrating HCD practices alongside systems thinking and strategic planning.

The Comprehensive Systems Review is focused, thorough, and customized identification of the unique needs of the district. It helps the school district identify both its learning and operations needs by gathering and analyzing data. The process then helps the school and its community find mutually acceptable and affordable solutions.
