PartnerED collaborated with Eden Prairie Schools to co-design a comprehensive strategic planning process. Together, they created a plan that aligns with the district’s vision and values and will help the district make an impact for years to come. Customized Process
- In collaboration with the superintendent, facilitators tailor the process to meet the needs of your school district.
- Based on an initial assessment of district goals, our team will present customized service tiers, delivered by our team of experts for your consideration.
Tiers of Service
Foundational Strategic Plan – our team will gather data, analyze district information and facilitate community stakeholder and listening sessions which inform the strategic direction for your school district. This plan includes a one year progress check with the administrative team to support implementation of this plan.
Comprehensive Plan – includes all items in the Foundational plan with additional support for planning and development of a thorough action plan along with identification of measurable results.
Implementation Support for Transformational Change
In addition to the chosen plan above, districts may choose these additional services to enhance the planning process:
- Enhanced Support Services – includes additional facilitated sessions for strategic priorities.
- Transformational Plan – includes the plan chosen from above and a plan for ongoing support for district administration for one year.
